Spot Color Printing
Spot colors are solid line artwork with regular ink colors.We can print from 1-8 colors in any location.We can print just about anywhere on the shirt such as pocket prints, sleeves, inside of shirt, etc.If your a clothing company we can remove the label tag and print the shirt size and your clothing name inside the shirt.Allstyle apparel #1301makes a "tear off label" which is good for this.We do not print allover the shirt.For this you need a belt printer.The largest print we can go is 14" wide x 19"-20" tall.The closest we can get is about 1/2" from the seam because the squeegee needs room to come down and print flat.If it doesn't print flat then it could bounce and not print correctly.We would need to see your artwork and a mock up to be sure.
4 Color Process Printing
Four color process is usually done when you have many colors in the design or have half tones such as a photograph.If you have a smaller order it is better to do digital printing to avoid the cost of setting up 4 screens and films associated with the set-up.The process consists of using just 4 colors-black, cyan, magenta, syrene.It is recommended for white and light colored garments on big production runs.If you need it printed on a dark garment you will need to add an additional screen to print a white "flash" plate for the colors to go onto.The cost for process colors is also a little higher charge since the the cost of ink runs more than the typical spot colors.

Being a professional printer we know the Best ink product to use.Its ten times better than the other inks out there and more durable too.It will keep you shirts looking great for years to come wash after wash.Plus we even guarantee it and its in writing on our website.On our dark shirts our white ink gives maximum coverage not a washed out looking grey. Each dark printed shirt is Flashed"(drying between ink passes while the shirt is on the press)...So it'll look good!.

Press Checks
Press checks are welcome.If you live locally then we invite you to come down to do a press check to approve your design.You can schedule an appointment and see your shirts being made right before your very eyes.If you don't live locally on big orders after a deposit we can do a sample proof and overnight it to you for you to sign off on before we start production
